Go bananas for Messyface - with fresh banana and sweet cinnamon

Start with proper sourdough — the real stuff, with a crust worth fighting over. Bake your own if you're that way inclined, or track down a good loaf from a local baker. It makes a difference.
Then it gets easy.
To build your toast:
- Toast your sourdough to golden. You want structure — this needs to hold what's coming.
- Smear on Messyface generously. All the way to the edges. This is not the time for restraint.
- Pile on fresh banana, sliced however thick you like.
- Dust lovingly with cinnamon. It's naturally sweet — let it do its thing.
- Eat while the toast is still warm and the Messyface is still glossy.
