Drip-Worthy Pancake Stacks with Messyface

Make your pancakes your favourite way — classic fluffy buttermilk, a protein-packed batter or grab a good stack from the shops. No judgement here.

Then comes the good bit.


To finish your stack:

  1. Gently warm your Messyface  — a few seconds in a bowl of hot water does it, or 8 seconds seconds in the microwave. You want it loose, drippy and dangerous.
  2. Stack your pancakes high and drizzle generously. Don't be shy.
  3. Drop on a handful of fresh raspberries.
  4. Scatter over some roasted nibbed hazelnuts for crunch.
  5. Eat immediately. Preferably standing up.
